1. Refund Method
   Refunds are issued as **Store Credit only**. Cash or credit card refunds are not offered.

Store credit must be used within a specified period from the date of issue

What is Store Credit?

Store credit is a credit balance applied to your Happy Walker account, which can be used like a gift card toward future purchases with us. **Store credit cannot be exchanged for cash** but provides flexibility to choose any product in our store or online within a specified period.

**How to Use Store Credit:**

1. **Online Purchases:** Log in to your Happy Walker account during checkout, and apply your store credit as a payment option.
2. **In-Store Purchases:** Inform our staff at checkout that you’d like to use store credit, and they’ll help apply it to your purchase.

 

 

Eligibility for Refunds
   - Refunds are available only for shoes returned in **new condition within 7 days of purchase**.
   - Please **keep your original receipt and the original shoe box**, as these are required for any return eligible for a refund.
   - Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require product inspection.
   - Refunds are not provided for natural wear, personal discomfort, or non-defective issues.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
   - Shoes showing natural wear from use.
   - Discomfort or fit issues without defect.
   - Shoes damaged due to handling or use unrelated to manufacturing.

To ensure smooth and transparent transactions, we would like to remind our customers of an important policy regarding discounted items.

No Exchanges or Refunds on Discounted Products
