These terms and conditions apply to all purchases and refund requests made through Happy Walker stores and the website.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Method
If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued in the form of store credit. Cash refunds are not provided.
Store credit usage: Store credit must be used within the specified time frame. Expired store credits cannot be reactivated or used.

2.2 Refund Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a refund, customers must meet the following requirements:

The shoes must be in brand new and unused condition: The shoes must be unworn, without any signs of wear, and can only be returned if tried on indoors.
Complete Packaging: The original packaging and shoe box must be intact, with all tags and accessories included.
Return Time Limit: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide a valid purchase receipt or invoice as proof of purchase.
2.3 Non-Eligible Refunds
Refunds and exchanges will not be granted under the following circumstances:

The shoes have been visibly worn, including but not limited to signs of wear, scratches, or dirt.
The original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing or damaged.
The refund request is not made within the specified time frame.
A valid proof of purchase cannot be provided.
Discounted items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

3. Modification of Terms
Happy Walker reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. The revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting on the website. Continued use of the website indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.

4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Happy Walker or its authorized partners and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, or use of this content is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability
Happy Walker is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchases made in-store. All products and services are provided "as is."

6. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the applicable laws. Any disputes arising from the use of the website or product purchases will be submitted to the competent courts within the relevant jurisdiction.

Shipping Information:

Shipping fees will be presented to you during the checkout process. We aim to process your order within one business day, and delivery typically takes 3-5 business days.

  • If you place your order before 3 pm, the processing day will start from that day.
  • If you place your order after 3 pm, the processing day will commence on the following business day.

Return Policy:

We accept returns exclusively in the case of product defects and handle return requests on an individual basis. If you encounter any issues with your product, please contact us via WhatsApp at 63663313. Kindly provide your purchase receipt and images of the items for verification.

Exchange Policy:

We gladly offer exchanges for unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged items within 14 days of receiving your order in Singapore. Please note that exchanges are only allowed for different shoe sizes and not for different designs or colors.

To request an exchange, please reach out to us via WhatsApp at 88098533. It's crucial to ensure that the items being returned are accompanied by their original packaging, including boxes and other signature packaging materials.

Please be aware that any product returned without the complete original packaging and accessories, such as the box, menu, coupons/vouchers, and other items originally included with the product upon delivery, will not be eligible for an exchange. Failure to meet these requirements may result in the rejection of the return or exchange request, as well as any refund requests.

For international exchanges, you are responsible for the postage costs associated with returning or exchanging items. Please inform us by calling 63663313 or  WhatsApp   about the details of the items you received and your preferred shipping method for returning the items to us.

Please note that items purchased with promotional codes and sale items are not eligible for exchanges. No return or exchange will be accepted after the product is sold.
